Turnaround for all collections and/or servicing is 7 days.
On site repairs are limited to 30 minutes per visit.
If it’s possible to return it earlier we will let you know – but since this depends on so many factors (location, work required, parts needed and van space etc) unfortunately we can’t guarantee a faster turnaround before seeing the bike.
All our main servicing packages come with FREE* home collection and return in our core area. The minimum labour spend for your location and out of hours charges are listed here.
Yes! Our core area covers Solihull, Redditch, Moseley/Kings Heath, Stirchley and Bournville, Knowle and Henley in Arden among others. We also cover Harbourne, Birmingham City Centre, Edgbaston and beyond – check your post code here
All our current labour prices are listed here. Please bear in mind there is a minimum spend on labour if we come to you. We will send you a costed estimate and await your approval before starting any work. Cost of parts can vary wildly depending on the spec / condition of the bike. Just get in touch if you have a specific query.
Yes you are welcome to bring your bike to us – we book all our work in advance so please use the booking form and when asked, select “Workshop – I will bring my bike to you”. Once we’re sure we can complete what you need we will invite you to bring your bike in. There is no minimum spend for work done to bikes brought to our workshop. Our workshop is in Tanworth-in-Arden – once you’ve booked a visit you’ll be provided with directions.
We have various options for servicing depending on the needs of your bike. Details of our servicing packages and when they are appropriate for your bike are listed here.
Yes. However there’s a limit to work we can complete on-site due to wildly varying component specifications between bikes and diagnosing/fixing them can be a complicated process involving sourcing of bespoke parts in many cases.
We’re equipped to perform standard puncture repair/tube replacement, basic gear indexing (no damage) and cable replacements on site. For anything else, please contact us to discuss your issue before booking.
NB If you are in any doubt what your issue is, or how to solve it – then please get in touch with us before booking to avoid disappointment!
Online: We accept all payments for home visit work through our online payment system. You will receive an SMS and email containing a payment link once the work is complete – payment must be received before your bike is returned.
Cash: We accept cash payments at our workshop only.
Card: We cannot take physical card payments at this time.
Apple/Google pay: We can accept contactless phone payments in the workshop.
This is very rare, but we are human beings so it has happened! If you notice anything at all strange stop riding and notify us IMMEDIATELY! Please do not pay another mechanic to fix anything – we will put our work right free of charge!
We’ll provide details of how to do this with your receipt.
There’s no need to clean your bike before we look at it unless it is particularly caked in mud, (or dog poo!) Our Advanced and Full services include cleaning by default 🙂
